Location offers easy access to downtown attractions, making it simple to explore without needing a vehicle. The common areas boast cozy decorations and a welcoming ambiance that can make you kick back after a long day outdoors.
The suite I booked for myself and my four adult kids was a tight squeeze, featuring only two chairs for five of us and a single bathroom that felt inconvenient, especially without an extra sink for making coffee in peace. There were no breakfast options, a bummer on cold days, and while the hotel touts a courtyard view, it turned out to be a utilitarian area that didn't enhance the experience at all. For over a thousand bucks for two nights, I expected more than just basic amenities and a wonky layout.

The cozy decorations, including warm wood furniture and a charming stone fireplace, made the common areas incredibly inviting. The hotel's layout was senior-friendly, with easy access to elevators and amenities that helped enhance my stay.
Modernize the bathrooms for better accessibility.

I was frustrated by the lack of clarity during check-in. The staff seemed confused, leaving me unsure about the amenities. Additionally, there were no garbage bins on the hotel floor, not even in common areas, which was quite inconvenient.

The cozy atmosphere with warm wood furniture truly made our stay special! 😊 The only downside was the bathroom accessibility—it could use some updates.

A Memorable Stay in the Mountains
I had a wonderful time during my stay. The hot tub was my favorite spot to unwind after hiking. The friendly staff offered great dining tips, making it easy to find local cafes. Be wary of the parking. larger vehicles might struggle in tight spots!

Considering the high price, the limited parking spaces could be a hassle!!! Outdated furniture left much to be desired!!! The lack of sufficient electrical outlets made charging devices a struggle!!!

A fantastic experience highlighted by a spacious family suite complemented by a room divider for privacy. The hotel's location offers a pleasant respite from the busyness typically found in tourist areas while still being a short distance from key attractions. Friendly staff provided exceptional service, responding warmly to queries and helping create a welcoming atmosphere. However, I encountered a few service hiccups that could be improved, especially regarding staff responsiveness during peak hours. Additionally, some amenities could benefit from updates to enhance overall guest comfort.

We loved our stay at this cozy hotel, especially with our grandchild. The highlight was taking a short walk to the Upper Hot Springs, which was a fantastic experience. Plus, the staff were attentive and made our family feel at home.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could add a fun kids' menu in the restaurant for families.
